We must have a lot of vibrant foods and drinks, which are loaded with healthy fats, antioxidants, and water (along with Fulvic acid), with much-needed essential nutrients as well. Our skin would appreciate it, and the signs of aging would be slowed down too.  There is only so much that lotions and potions can do for our skin. Red bell pepper

Red bell peppers have a lot of antioxidants in them, and they are known to be the best superpowers to beat the signs of aging too. They have a lot of Vitamin C as well. This helps with collagen production since there are plenty of carotenoids in red bell peppers, say experts. Papaya

Papaya is a superfood, which is rich in minerals, antioxidants, and vitamins. This together helps with skin elasticity and also with the bringing down of wrinkles and fine lines. There are also vitamins (A, C, K, and E) in papaya, along with minerals such as calcium and phosphorus in it. All of the antioxidants and vitamins help fight free radical damage and delay the aging process too.

Blueberries have a lot of vitamins (A and C) in them, and they are known to have anthocyanin, which is an age-defying antioxidant too. Avocados also have zeaxanthin and lutein in them, which help not only the health of the eyes but bring down macular degeneration as well. 

Mushrooms

Mushrooms are known to be rich in antioxidants and vitamin D, and it is important to have them so that the bones stay strong in our bodies, and the immune system stays fine as well, say medical experts. Have them as a snack – a power snack or mix them with salads- you could never go wrong with a handful of nuts.
