Our skin would appreciate it, and the signs of aging would be slowed down too.  There is only so much that lotions and potions can do for our skin. Mushrooms are known to be rich in antioxidants and vitamin D, and it is important to have them so that the bones stay strong in our bodies, and the immune system stays fine as well, say medical experts.
