Terra zones：

Finally the most interesting and the biggest update of the Season Two are the Sundered Charms those who can drop only in Terror zones. If a monster’s one certain resistance was higher than 95%, Sundered Charms will decrease this type of resistance down 95%. Generally speaking, these charms break over immunity, monsters with 100% or more of a certain resistance are not able to immune your damage when you gear a certain Charms. This Sunder debuff is available with other modifiers that decrease resistances as well, which means that players will be able to reduce resistances with their own spells and abilities, such as Cold Mastery or Lower Resist. However, the obvious disadvantage of gearing a Sundered Charm is that your character receives a whopping 75% resistance debuff.
Advantages of Sundered Charms:
The good thing about the Sundered Charms is more possibilities of build. Over the last two decades, Diablo II’s build meta has been set in stone – and Resurrected carefully tries to soften it up. Certain builds in Diablo II have always been inferior compared to “meta builds” not only because they deal less damage; they also fail to clear a lot of great farming zones due to monster immunity.
That changes with the addition of Sundered Charms. You will be able to clear The Pit in Act I with a Hydra Sorc. You will be able to clear Stony Tomb with a Lightning Javazon. On the other hand, the flaws of Sundered Charms are not fatal. People would think that -75% of a certain resistance would break certain builds in terms of viability. Another way to balance resists is to use certain items on slots with a lot of build options. Disadvantages of Sundered Charms:
It seems like not a good choice for Multiple players after testing the Bone Break. The majority of melee builds are vulnerable to melee hits already, and the 25% Physical Damage Increase just seems a tad too much at the moment to trade in for breaking physical immunity.
Another thing worth indicating is that Sundered Charms do not work on any Summons or Traps. Both Assassin traps and summons like Hydras don’t work with the Sunder debuff, so new items still need at least one or two development iterations to make them usable by a fair amount of builds.
