Determination is the only code that worked for Team Digimiles, here is the story of a startup that brings in for Indian SMS Communications system.
When and how did you start?
Digimiles India Pvt. Ltd initially started in the year 2016 in Bengaluru and within a very small amount of time, it has managed to scale up its services to metro cities like Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, and Hyderabad. Besides this, the company has also able to touched all cities in India and bagged few global clients too.
Mr. Chandra Prakash and Mr. Mudassir wanted to add some value and solve some major issues that lie in the A2P Messaging space from the year 2015 itself. So they got here up with the name Digimiles India Private Limited.
The company has started with self-funded.
How did you come up with the idea? Your inspiration moment
There is a serious problem that lies in the SMS market today. There are some providers who offer service at very low cost, which doesn’t come with quality and infrastructure. Customers realize this logic after losing money their money with such providers.
This is really big enough problem. We’ve heard many stories from clients who used such services and how they’ve been lost up.
At Digimiles, we educate our customers and offer a complete solution at standard rates only.
The time we’ve had entered the market, the market was crowded with many players, in which many were offering a low-quality solution at low rates, only a few players were playing right.
There is a saying, “You get what you pay for.”
We never compromised on quality in the way of making money. We believe in “Customer comes first, rest next.”

What is the revenue model?
We have only one revenue model, which is Happy Customers. Customer satisfaction, we keep it as a priority with compliance to company standards.
We’ve various packages and services on our website www.digimiles.in from which customer can select one and avail the service. If any client requests us for a free trial, we’re happy to offer.
Revenue Growth and Product Development:

The SMS gateway infrastructure is equipped with SMS API, customizations, Sender ID, Sample coding, reporting etc that helps even any non-techie to use our platform for their business communications.
As a part of product development, the team is going to explore multiple technology features in the application. Also, the team is working on building global messaging platform.
What are the future plans and big picture?
Digimiles works as aPaaS (application Platform as a Service). And we are planning to explore more technology options into communication segment such as cloud telephony solution.
The team is working on building an application. Once it gets ready, our customers can enjoy messaging as well as voice solution both combined in one platform. We will continue to serve ecosystem with our communications platform that would be essentially powered by SMS.
Also, we are planning to increase our team strength to 10 as currently, it is 4. Soon Digimiles is going to take up the global role.

While starting the company, we both had fear to get started, but we were confident too in our work and passion towards our dream. It was difficult for us in terms of financials to create a high-quality product, but we’ve managed this too.
