When and how did you start?
“To do something for the betterment of the students and their career was always a driving force that led to the formation of a career consultation blog called Drishtikonofficial.wordpress.com. The main idea behind starting this blog was to give the students an insight into all possible career fields by someone who had been there. We started collecting real-life stories from people across the country working in different sectors, having a different educational background and published them on our blog. This is Drishtikon was born on 1st October 2016 ” Says Co-Founder Mr. Aditya Sahni
How did you come up with the idea? Your inspiration moment?
The idea was sown long back into the mind of one of our founder, Mr. Aditya Sahni and also with other co-founders when they started their undergraduate studies. The real-life situations and difficulties they faced in choosing the field of career they wanted to work in made them a lot cautious about the reality of our society. From then, these people were involved in something or the other to motivate students, guide them, teach them and make them aware of the ocean of opportunities that lies beyond the societal borders. After completing their under graduation, they collected all their experience, motivation and laid the foundation of Drishtikon.

Drishtikonofficial.com is building itself to be an ocean of information in the area related to all possible categories related to education and skill development.
Drishtikon is tenacious and passionate about improving the performance and effectiveness of individuals, leaders, teams, and organization. We at Drishtikon know how to cut the crap and do things digitally. Team Drishtikon has the vision to contribute to the Skill India Mission and to make the people “ACE “: Adapt, Compete and Excel in in their respective domains.
Our founding members Mr. Aditya Sahni, Ms. Garima Luthra, and Mr. Pushpak Passey all are graduates from the same university (JUIT Solan) and initiated this venture, having indispensable faith in the fruitfulness and benefit this idea would provide to all its possible audience.

We started off a career counseling service, passionately building our own online presence via a blog and arranging and addressing seminars in schools in Roorkee-guiding and counseling students for their future. Shortly on, we lowered our pace for deciding on our future endeavors to be embarked upon, meanwhile solidifying our online presence via our blog and continuously increasing our audience base of students and guardians alike. Recently we decided to make a shift towards developing a huge knowledge base of various skills ranging from programming to resume writing, all delivered via YouTube and our blog, along with our online marketing solutions for career counseling based products.
Future plans and funding.
We plan to expand our reach to assist students directly in the area of career counseling for all students, admission processes and related tasks on foreign lands along with heavily increasing quality content in our online knowledge base. We strive to build a bigger digital presence, associate ourselves in digital media partnerships for social, cultural and literary festivals and events and share our knowledge and information base with a larger volume of people. YouTube channel will be a golden fish for us and we would invest a lot of time and resources in developing a properly structured education, career and skill development vlog.
We would also try our best to raise some funding in the near future, be it monetary and/or resource.
Challenges and Opportunities/ Marketing Strategies.
We faced challenges at every stage, ranging from the dilemma in target audience selection to procurement of clients for our services. Our marketing strategies are simple- being niche focused on social media and personal domains is the key since they provide the most promising chances of scaling up the outreach of any product-be it an article or a product.

“Throughout my journey of one and a half year with Drishtikon, one simple thing I did not learn, that one thing which can add a “Un” to your Successful journey of being a Successful Entrepreneur. I did not learn to Give Up. To hear this from every other person can be a lot to inspire for a moment, but when it comes to applying this simple rule of success, it takes a lot of strength and guts. It is this time of your life when you decide to be with the 95% of the population or to join the 5% league. I made a choice. I did not give up.
