Hello, everyone! Hello, I’m Chris from selfmenubi.com and welcome to this review of a flip book. On the sales page for flipbooks, it says, “Get instant access to the world’s number one 3D animated flipbook and article creator, cloud-based platform, and millions of built-in ebook articles with PLR license.” So, we’re going to learn more about this topic today. So before we do anything else, like hit “subscribe” and “ring the bell,” let’s go to the description. I think many of you are curious.
What are flipbooks, then?
Well, it will basically help you make books from PDFs, so let’s jump right into what that looks like. It’s a cloud platform that you can access online, so you can log in from anywhere. When you do, you’ll see your dashboard with all of your statistics, like how many people look at your flip books or write articles. Create, which is on the side, lets you make flip books out of your pictures. You would put together a bunch of images to make an iBook that looks like an epub.
You can also use a PDF file to do it. It will turn a pdf file into an e-book with the same look, so all you have to do is name your book. You would upload the PDF and then click “Submit.” Then you would get a book. That sort of looks like this, so you can see it, turn the pages, and it kind of makes your PDF look better. When you set everything up, you can do the same thing with images and other things. It looks pretty much the same, so you can use PDFs or images to set up your books. Text can also be used, so if you want to write an article and turn it into a book, you’d go through.

This is where your text would go. You’d send it in, and the article you wrote would be turned into a book. Okay, so you can do pretty much everything on Amazon KDP, but not on this flipbook platform. Now, it also has articles and books that have already been written. This means that they are books that were written by someone else. So I’m going to assume they’re not stolen, but I’m not sure.
I don’t know for sure, but I think these are PLR books that are in the public domain. So I guess you could give them away as bonuses or, I don’t know, maybe try to sell PDFs that someone else has already written. I wouldn’t try to do that, but in theory you could make it work.
Covers can also be made for your books. So, in the end, it’s kind of like Amazon’s KDP. My first thought is, “Why wouldn’t I just use Amazon KDP to make the book?” Then I could put it on Amazon and try to sell it or send people there. That makes a lot more sense to me, but let’s find out how they’re making money or telling people how to make money. So, going back to the sales page, Amazon KDP is a great place to sell articles. Using the KDP bookmaker on Shopify makes things easier.
So you don’t need this to do that, and I’m sure you can find free PDF to ePub converters.
If you google that, as well as “built-in content” and “article generator” (I don’t know about generators), you’ll find that most things called “generators” are either spinning text, which makes text sound really bad, or just copying text, which means you’re trying to sell unique content, which probably won’t sell.
So, let’s take a look at the three steps they take. Sign in and decide what you want to change. I guess you could add your own content or use the content builder, then download and publish ebooks or articles with just one click and keep the money.
So I’m not saying you’re making money here, because it’s the same as making a book on Amazon KDP. So I don’t understand why. They have chosen this angle so that you can make money. If someone just said that, you know that they wrote a book. That’s fine; it does that, but it’s not true that you will make money.
I don’t know her that well. I do know why they are doing it that way. They’re trying to reach a certain group of people, which I’ll talk about in a minute. We couldn’t find anything on the platform that told us how you made money. Now, I don’t know what to make of these testimonials. They’re from these people, and whether they’re real or not, they talk about a product called Vidmoto. So I don’t see what these testimonies have to do with anything.
There is a lot of money here. Now, these earnings were just made with an image maker, and there’s no way to check them. Okay, as you can see on your screen, it’s not hard to make up numbers. You just right-click, click “Inspect,” change the number, and take a screenshot. Then you have money. So these aren’t real, and they don’t come from a dashboard.

There are no other This is just a place where pictures have been taken. People say you know how to sell books on Fiverr. It seems like it, but if you look at the vendors, you can really tell: does this person get 14? Most people here don’t sell anything; the most anyone has ever sold is about 87 cells.
I can tell from this guy that the market isn’t even big enough for you to make a lot of money. This also shows me that a lot of people are still doing it, so not only do you have to beat the people on Fiverr, but also everyone else who might buy flipbooks, which they will. You know another group of maybe a couple hundred people. So, what I can see is that we have a book creator, but marketing tells you that you can make money, which isn’t true. It’s kind of misleading, but if you didn’t want to listen to me but still wanted to buy this because you thought it was valuable, you’d click “buy” and go into a hidden funnel.
This is how the funnel looks, and you could buy flipbooks for 17 Then you’d be hit with another sales page reseller, two, three, four, five, six, or seven more sales pages trying to sell you more. When I see these kinds of funnels, I think it’s the last nail in the coffin. This should be a warning. I believe this thing is called a shiny object. Well, that fits the bill, and this kind of funnel is a “shiny object” because it’s easy for new people to fall for it. After that first purchase, their commitment, consistency bias, and confirmation bias take over, and they keep spending more and more money. In the end, they lose a few hundred dollars on a piece of software that was supposed to make them money.

In fact, though, it doesn’t. It’s just a copy of Amazon KDP, which is a free product that you can use for free. So, guys, I don’t think you should do this. I don’t see any reason for it. I don’t like this big, dark funnel in particular, so yeah. I don’t see how you could make money with this right now, but I do have a link for those of you who don’t have “shiny object syndrome” and are just looking for the right way to take that first step.
