Ramadan is a holy month for Muslims. The England Cricket Board (ECB) is hosting an iftar at Lord’s, the home of cricket, this month to stay with Muslim cricketers. Evin Morgan, England’s limited format captain, is thrilled to be taking part in this Iftar.

Atif Nawaz, a British comedian of Pakistani descent, actor and writer, presented the Iftar on Thursday (April 21st). Many dignitaries of England cricket were present at the Iftar including Morgan.
Morgan expressed his excitement in a tweet on Friday. “Last evening at the Home of Cricket was really enjoyable,” he said. Iftar was held for the first time in Lord’s. Ramadan Kareem
Azim Rafique, a victim of racism while playing in Yorkshire, was also present at the event. He said it was an honor to attend the Iftar at the Home of Cricket. The organizers have to give credit for this.
