Movie Starring Sidharth Malhotra & Jacqueline Fernandez as is a is a lazy title for this action-comedy. The film released on 25th August has an had an opening of 4.04 crores. ‘‘A Gentleman’ box office collection is nearly of Rs 15.16 Crore in the first four days which is considerably low.
One can account it as a typical Bollywood movie; A Gentleman has Sidharth Malhotra doing a double role for the first time. The 32-year-old actor had previously told about the film, “Yes, it is a ‘popcorn action’ film. You can come with your family, and It has action, comedy, real locations, dancing and two versions of me.”
A Gentleman movie review
Sidharth and Jacqueline are looking Incredibly stunning as they do and moreover, you can see a little romance in the film. The story revolves around Gaurav (Sidharth) is a strait-laced builder who has picket-fence dreams of a wife, two kids, and a dog; Rishi (Double roll of Sidharth) kills for a living in the seedy lanes of south-east Asian cities.
A Gentleman has an entirely different story as the name suggests. This action-comedy movie has light humor and subtle intrigue. Sidharth plays the double role of distinctive characters and puts his charm to good use. Gaurav is ‘A Gentleman’ ’with slicked-back hair, tucked-in shirt, a safe mini-van and a big house. He’s getting after Kavya (Jacqueline). Rishi has an entry scene by jumping off a railing and knocking down a security guard; he’s a rough and a daring contract killer for Unit X headed by Colonel (Suniel Shetty).
The movie’s lead will keep your eyes on the screen. Kavya (Jacqueline) has innocence with steaming fiery personality, and she makes for a blowing addition here.
One way or another, A Gentleman needs consistently good performance for many it does not bang for the buck.
