HappyEasyGo is a Gurugram-based online travel startup, founded in May 2017 by Vivek Prabhakar and Boris Zha. The start-up has become popular in the Indian market because they are offering the cheapest flight and hotel bookings to its users. With the help of this funding and with the aim of becoming the best online travel platform in India, the start-up plans to strengthen its air-ticketing business and build an effective hotel division.
According to reports, the start-up has successfully raised nearly Rs 350 Crores from the investment partners including, UOB Venture, CVCapital, Korea Investment Partners (KIP), 10 Fund, Samsung Venture Investment Corporation (SVIC), M&S Partners, and Zero2IPO Ventures.

With the fact that the start-up has been ranked second in the industry with its effective B2C online air-ticketing sales and a user base of more than 10 million, the start-up further plans to make sure that every individual can easily fly at the best-priced tickets. With all the previous funds, the start-up invested in customer acquisition by offering cashback offers for app downloads. They also allow the users to directly transfer the cashback amount to the bank accounts.

On this funding step, Boris Zha, Founder of HappyEasyGo mentioned that this financial boost up has acted as an amazing milestone for the start-up and would enable them to expand the scale of the operations, upgrade the present items and also increase the market share. The start-up plans to make sure that their hotel business runs to over 3,000 bookings a day by the end of December.
