When and how did you start?
The idea came on 29th Nov 2013, the day we lost our jobs due to funding issue in our previous company. It’s ironic, but the day we lost our job was the best day of our life – as it changed the course of our lives in the coming years. We got registered as RV Hospitality Solutions LLP on 12th Feb 2014 and are operating with registered trademark MarketMyHotel.in , Says Mr Karmveer Singh Rathore Co-Founder & Director | MarketMyHotel.in .
How did you come up with the idea? Your inspiration moment
When we started MarketMyHotel.in, myself (Karmveer Rathore) & my partner (Gyanendra Verma) collectively had an experience of 20 years in hospitality, hotel marketing and venture fund. The experience gained in the previous organizations and interactions with hoteliers across India at the start of career helped us to design the concept, we realized that stand alone hoteliers do need a one-stop solution for their marketing needs. Their needs vary and need someone who can understand their property and can not only devise a marketing plan but execute it as well.

MarketMyHotel.in now is a 35 member strong team & India’s best Hotel Marketing Company for standalone and owner managed properties. We are in the market since 2013 and have evolved as a one-stop solution provider right from web-audit & design, content management, revenue management, social media marketing to online reputation management. Most importantly all our actions are measurable and revenue focused.

We started with marketing a small guest house in Nainital and now have a bouquet of hotels ranging from the small guest house, house-boats and villas to business hotels, Forts and Palaces. The journey has been incredible as we got to meet interesting people, travel exotic places and create job opportunities for a lot of people. Though small, but now we are directly & indirectly impacting livelihood of 1500 families. It has been a very satisfying journey till now and we hope to create a significant social and economic impact in the coming years, says Mr.Karmveer.

2-3 years, we lost few clients due to stiff competition as similar services
were being offered at a fraction of the cost. The same clients came back to us
after 6 months gap and that is something we are very proud of. We got back
those clients because we delivered value. We assign dedicated resources and
make sure we deliver results. We may be a bit expensive for some Hotels but we
are the only Hotel Marketing Agency that gives money-back guarantee to Hotels

Three things :
