Steps to Follow to Check Kotak Credit Card Status
You don’t need to go anywhere to keep track of the card status, just follow these steps –
- Visit the official website of Kotak Mahindra Bank
- Click on ‘Explore Products’
- Select ‘Credit Cards’ from the dropdown
- Click on the ‘Track Status’ button
- Keep your ‘Application Reference Number or Form Number’ with you while doing this
- If you do not have any of those details, call Kotak’s 24×7 helpline number (Local Call Charges May Apply).
Note – A minimum of 21 working days is required for processing your application following the date of receipt of documents. The credit card applicants will receive their card within 15 working days if approved.

Credit Card Payments
You can pay your bills easily using net banking. Go to your profile online, check the due amount, and select your bank account. Enter the amount you wish to pay and click on the ‘Pay Now’ button. When the amount is debited from your account and the card bill is paid successfully, you’ll receive a notification on your mobile.
Transaction Conversion to EMIs
To convert your credit card purchases into EMIs, log in to your account. After that, select the transaction you wish to convert and the time for which you want EMI payments. Confirm your EMI and click on the ‘Submit’ button. If the transaction is converted into EMIs, you’ll receive a notification on your registered mobile.
Note – You can’t convert any billed transaction into EMI and the transaction should be at least INR 2,500 for getting this service.
Change or Create Kotak Credit Card Pin
Log in to Kotak net banking, go to the ‘Credit Cards’ section and select the card for which you wish to generate or change the PIN. If you’re changing the PIN, enter the existing PIN and new PIN twice. Enter credit card details and press the ‘Confirm’ button. Upon change of PIN, you’ll get a notification.
So, next time when you use your Kotak Credit Card, you need to use your new PIN to make any transactions.
If the card is new and no PIN is generated, log in to your account and create a six-digit PIN for it.
Redeem Reward Points
