I don’t think there is anyone who does not like the taste of paneer!

Paneer or cottage cheese has been prevalent in India for many centuries. It is made by adding an acidic substance to milk till it coagulates. 

I, like many of us, have many childhood memories of paneer. A paneer dish was a must whenever any guest came over for dinner. My mouth would start watering and I would impatiently wait for dinner to be served. During school days, my mom would make paneer tikka Frankie for my friends and me and they used to be so delicious that everyone fought for an extra bite! It hardly took us a few minutes to gobble it up. What’s more, is that my father’s breakfast used to be incomplete without a paneer dish. His favourite, to this day, is a slightly sauteed paneer with a little bit of lemon, some herbs and a pinch of salt. 

Paneer, in itself, is one dish that can never go wrong. It can be made in many ways as snacks, main course and even desserts. Most of the mouth-watering Bengali Sandesh, rasgulla are made from “chenna” which is made from paneer. Some of the paneer preparations that are very famous and enhance everyone’s taste buds are paneer tikka, paneer butter masala, Kadai paneer and so on. It is one such dish that can be eaten raw also and can be eaten for any meal at any time of the day. Native Milk’s Italian flavoured A2 paneer is currently my favourite midnight snack!

A2 paneer also reduces the risk of critical illnesses like cancer, heart diseases, and diabetes.

It is also a must-have in the diet during pregnancy, as it is a rich source of folate (which is important for healthy red blood cell formation and growth). With such numerous health benefits, it should be added to everyone’s diet. People of all ages relish it in different ways in which A2 paneer can be prepared.

This is why I enjoy A2 milk paneer guilt-free! About a few months back my friend introduced me to A2 milk paneer by Native Milk.
