Shaheed Bhagat Singh was an Indian revolutionist who worked an outstanding role in the Indian independence act. The legend born in Banga village of Faisalabad district (beforehand called Lyallpur) is now in Pakistan’s Punjab region in 1907. On March 23, 1931, he along with along with Shivaram Hari Rajguru and Sukhdev Thapar were suspended to death in the Lahore jail at the age of 23.
The country is cherishing 110th birth anniversary of freedom fighter Shaheed Bhagat Singh today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday conferred tributes to Bhagat Singh on the event of his 110th birth anniversary.
