Sleeping for eight hours is ideal, and some people need to sleep this amount of time. But not everyone. You can function on lesser sleep, say 6 hours a day, but giving yourself a good sleep over the weekend is a must-have. You function better, retain information, and absorb it so that the knowledge is useful later.

  • Eat healthy food

Boost your metabolism and the willingness to study, when you get in a better place physically, you have the willingness to be in an even better place in life by training yourself for a good mental and academic life.

When we said that you need to exercise and eat healthy food, it doesn’t mean that you cook your meal every day. Have cheat days, and follow your gut feeling as long as it is not harming you.

It is not the ultimate position of a straight student that should make you adopt these habits, it is the process and journey towards becoming it. You learn to be organized, responsible, disciplined, and self-motivated towards all your long-term goals. A successful school life paves the way to a successful future.
