Police have recovered the body of a young man named Rabbi (18) from Chatal area of ​​Battail Sen in Kushtia suburb. The body was recovered on Wednesday (April 13) evening.

Rabbi was the son of Alim of Jangli area of ​​Kumarkhali upazila of Kushtia and a worker of a jute mill in Battail area.

Confirming the matter, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Kushtia Model Police Station Sabbirul Alam said Rabbi was a worker of a jute mill in Battail area. He was missing for three days. The father of the deceased had lodged a general diary at Kumarkhali police station in this regard. The body was recovered and sent to Kushtia General Hospital morgue for autopsy. Police are working to unravel the mystery of his murder.
