Early Life And Challenges
Pramod Raj Shukla was born in Munger, a small village in Bihar where opportunities were scarce and resources were limited. Due to the financial condition of his family, he was not even able to get any proper formal education. He could not attend school or college, resulting in a struggle with his English language and communication skills.
Seeking a bright future, he decided to move to Delhi. While living in Delhi, he did various odd jobs to make ends meet, and during this time, he recognized the importance of English and communication skills. During those days, he met a bank employee who helped him to improve his communication skills. On some days, Pramod only survived by eating Jhal Muri, but he never stepped back and kept moving forward with his full dedication.
He worked on his communication skills and English by speaking with others and grabbing every opportunity to enhance his communication abilities. Later, he secured a job at a recruitment company in Delhi. It was a significant turning point in his journey, where he found his passion for helping others find employment. And he worked tirelessly to connect potential individuals with suitable job opportunities.
Inspirational Moment
While working in the U.S., he hired one person based on his skills, despite the fact that he didn’t have a proper educational degree from that background. And at that time, his manager scolded him a lot and told him not to hire somebody who was not from a good college and did not have a proper degree.
This was the turning point of his life when he decided to start his own company, where he would hire and train people from underprivileged backgrounds. And he founded Creatigrity Technologies.
Creatigrity Technologies
Pramod Raj Shukla started Creatigrity Technologies five years ago. He started the company with a team of just two people who used to work in a small room. And they now have about 80 employees.
At Creatigrity Technologies, they fulfill the demands of industry professionals by helping them connect to the talent they are looking for. Creatigrity Technologies hires people who are freshers and trains them to be industry ready. Creatigrity Technologies is changing the lives of people by hiring people who are skilled and belong to the underprivileged background in society and trying to make an impact in society by helping them. So far, Mr. Pramod has trained about 4500 people at Creatigrity Technologies and continuously working on this.
