The Putin administration has banned Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg for life. There are also Pentagon officials. All of them have been banned from entering Russia for life. As a result, they will never be able to enter the country again.

Meanwhile, on March 22, the Russian government shut down Facebook in Russia. Along with Facebook, Instagram was also banned at that time. A Russian court has ruled that Facebook is a terrorist organization.

At the time, news broke that Facebook had given up on posts seeking the death and destruction of President Putin, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko and members of the Russian military.
