When and how did you start?
Triwits Technologies Pvt Ltd saw its day one on 30 sep 2015.
How did you come up with the idea? Your inspiration moment
” Once while having a shower an idea pricked in my mind where I thought of to provide employment to Indian students who hail from a small town like mine (The major problem India is facing is of Unemployment). So I thought to start a company and shorten the gap between small town and big Cities/Countries and be an employer instead of being an employee.
The moment I said the idea to my friend she too agreed to be a part of it and hence we registered the company called Triwits ” Says the Founder Mr. Naveed
Brief about organization and founding members
Triwits Technologies Pvt Ltd is an Indian Based Software company from a very small town of about 5kms of radius but has partnered with USA, Pune, Bangalore and many other companies from other cities. Within the time span of 2+ years, we have given employment to 15+ people.
Triwits is basically a group of 3 members who have worked hard for its success to date. Mr. Nayeem Inamdar is financial investor and advisor for the company. Ms. Veena Deshpande is Co-founder and Managing Director of the company and Mr. Naveed Nathan, Founder, and CEO of the company.

” Hello everyone. We are from a small town in India where there are very fewer job opportunities. As soon as people complete their education they have to leave the town in search of a job. In such a remote place We have taken the risk to start a software company. After continuous hard work for more than 16hrs a day and a strategy where we believed that we have to generate work from outside the town because we knew that in such a small town there is no need for a software company but the town is filled with talented students, we planned to generate work from USA and other countries and help them in cost-cutting, by providing quality work in less amount charged, we had a tie-up with a company from USA within a month of registration process. Today after 2 years our company has provided job to 15+ individuals and has successfully completed 350+ projects ” Says the Founder Mr. Naveed
To be frank we didn’t even had a computer to work on. So we borrowed two laptops one from brother and another from a neighbor. And now by the grace of God, we have 10+ machines, furniture, AC and all those required facilities.
After completing 2 years, we have started creating our own product which is called as Polling Bhoot. Basically, it’s a SaaS-based product, hence its cost is very less and it has many beautiful features.
It’s an audience feedback gathering system which includes polls, feedbacks, Surveys, Live voting etc which gives you an analytical/ graphical report. The module in which polls can be created is ready and live (Note: we have people using this site from almost all countries now) and we are working on the other modules which will be hopefully live soon.

About funding, plans for growth
Yes, we are looking for more funds to market our product globally, more funds would really help us spread fast and reach our targets and goals at an increased speed; our product is a tried and tested one. It is helpful for live events, hotels, resorts, educational institutions, and many other sectors.
Challenges and Opportunities/ Marketing Strategies
We have faced enormous challenges, like finance, work generation, skilled employees etc, but as they say, hard work is the key to success, now things are settled down.Our future challenge is basically raising more funds for spreading globally.
Future plans and funding
In the coming year, we have a plan to reach the target of 100 paid customers which is our short-term goal. And in the coming years, we want to help every business person with our B2B product.

In the very first year we crossed the income of 10 lacs, till date we have done more than 350 projects, we have around 7 tie-ups from various countries and a client base of more than 20.
