Step1 Installation
- Set up a Cisco account URL.
- Associate with “Global NetAcad Instance” website (log in to your Cisco account and fill in the basic information on this website).
- Search the Internet for Cisco Packet Tracer download and download the installation package and install it directly according to the default option.
Step2 Localization
- Search for the localizing package Cisco Packet Tracer on Baidu and download it.
- Copy the “chinese.ptl” file to “languages” under the installation directory.
- Restart the software, find the “chinese” file in Options > > Preferences and select “change language”.
- Restart again and the localization will be finished!
Step3 Simple experimental operation workspace: logical workspace and physical workspace
- Select host device.
- Select connected device: you can select a hub. Just drag the device you want into the workspace.
- Select connection line: you can directly press Ctrl to select the first line, and then select the equipment to be connected in turn to connect successfully. You can press Esc to exit this connection state.
