US State Department Deputy Spokeswoman Jelina Porter made the remarks in response to a reporter’s question at a news conference. News Dawn.

A journalist asked that the NSC meeting was held under the chairmanship of the new Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahbaz Sharif. There were senior army and government officials. It discusses Imran Khan’s allegations against the US government. The press release we received at the meeting stated that there was no foreign conspiracy against Imran Khan. How do you see the matter?

“We welcome the statement,” Porter said in response.
