6) Growth hormone: This is the hormone that is responsible for growth in human beings. It is also known as HGH – human growth hormone. This is the hormone that is produced in the pituitary gland. HGH is primarily responsible for development and growth. HGH is known to stimulate cell growth, children’s cell reproduction, and cell regeneration. It is also responsible for boosting metabolism.

7) Adrenaline: Adrenaline just like cortisol is also called a stress hormone. It originates from the adrenal glands. Some cells in the human central nervous system are also responsible for producing adrenaline. The major function of adrenaline is to help the body get ready for a serious event. It helps us to either fight or take flight while also allowing us to make quick decisions, especially in stressful or dangerous situations. A production of adrenaline for a long time can cause high blood pressure, dizziness, irritability, heart palpitations, anxiety, and rapid heartbeat.

8) Thyroid hormones: The thyroid gland is responsible for producing the thyroid gland. They are responsible for performing various important tasks in the human body.
