Audience Reviews

1. This review is written to help keep my mind focused, and I’m waiting for a total of 25 days before the next episode, so let’s get started with this. Kim Nam Gil is my first ever drama by him. I am awed by how he performs in the theatre. The introvert he is with a keen sense of humour and a closed mind.

I am a person who feels excessively connected to him to a certain degree when I’m in the police force; I’m sure I’d have left this way earlier than I expected. There are some aspects of his character that I enjoyed immensely. His quiet acting style doesn’t speak all the time but demonstrates his acting skills, and his chemistry with the FL and male leads was just perfect.

Jin Seon Kyu at the time of this film, I was convinced that he would die, but he didn’t. I am happy. His acting is quite tremendous, and his chemistry detective song is fantastic.

His character in the drama features a dynamic where the person who talks more speaks and the other person talks less.

However, his concept of behaviour analysis in the theatre has brought me back to the psychological factors that affect finding suspects and unifying issues.

I am very grateful that the actor brought an entertaining perspective to this drama. Therefore, I’m hoping they don’t take him out at any time in the drama. But if they take him down, I think I aim at this writer.

I am glad that I like her, as I hated her at first, but as I found out her story, it made sense that it was all justifiable by how she was acting. You can tell how a woman can become chief of special criminal divisions in the 2000s is complex, and I love how the song name Gil can be the sole person who can correct someone when they say hello young lady or lady.

I believe that both she and Song ha young are very similar in case solving.

However, song h youthful is on a different level regarding his feelings, whereas her has excellent reasoning that helps her keep their conversations lively and allows for discussion. I enjoyed it.

I love that they have included young blood, like resin. Am awestruck. I was looking forward to him being in a good role, and he was able to get it. I am so pleased with his performance.

The story I heard was that they occurred within Korea, and some were like a recent incident in which a suspect was able to escape because he had been drinking at the moment (I am not going to go into detail).

I love how they explained how profiling came to importance. Overall, I am eager for the next episode and sad that I must wait for another 25 days

I would recommend this show to all who want to watch it, and you will be awed by it if you enjoy crime-related dramas. It’s uncommon to see a criminal profiling crime drama these days.

Overall, I loved it—particularly the song’s young character. I will watch this to find out what will happen to him.

2. Since the moment I first heard about the show being produced, I’ve been eagerly excited about the show. It’s not just because the lead role was played by Kim Namgyal but also because it’s about the first profiler from Korea.

I must say I’m very impressed. Since the drama was an actual person and real-life case, the show’s viewers should prepare for revisiting certain familiar issues, and specific points have already inspired other dramas, like Signal. The second case mentioned at the end of episode 2 did appear to be a highly particular situation.

And I must say even though I haven’t yet read the book. It is clear the importance of criminal profiling when it comes to solving complex cases, particularly in the case of the frequent instances of using violent methods to get confessions (which was quite a familiar scene in previous dramas that might be an evocation of real-life cases from the past) that could result in innocent people being wrongly accused of crimes and allowing the actual criminal to escape unharmed.

For those interested in learning the history of criminal profiling in South Korea and about the numerous criminal cases that arose throughout the country, including some well-known serial killings, this show was an excellent option to dip into. Although the show is based upon Kwon Ilyong’s novel, there are specific details that could be created and dramatised to enhance the drama’s appeal.

Its episodes are presented for free on https://koreanturk.us/ with Turkish subtitles.
