BYJU’S will use its rights to the FIFA World Cup 2022 marks, insignia, and assets to undertake unique campaigns to interact with football fans throughout the world, according to a statement from the firm.

As part of a complex engagement plan, it will also develop compelling and innovative material with instructional themes.

The Bengaluru-based company, which provides online education to students of all ages and supports the Indian cricket team, claimed this was its first big entry into soccer. With over 150 million students worldwide, BYJU’S serves to a vast student population with different options from Osmo, Tynker, Epic, Great Learning, Aakash, and Toppr – from K-12 and competitive exam preparation to early learning and coding to professional upskilling courses.

“FIFA is committed to using football’s capacity to effect positive social change. We’re thrilled to be working with a brand like Byju’s, which is also committed to engaging communities and inspiring young people throughout the world “FIFA’s chief commercial officer stated.
