For making scrambled eggs, you need to have the following items:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

In a tava or frying pan, heat the oil, split the eggshells with a spatula, and put the eggs in the pan. (If you’re unsure, crack the eggs in a basin and then pour them onto the tava.)   • Clean the dal three or four times and set it aside. 
  • Add the cleaned dal, salt, turmeric powder, and 2 cups of water to a cooking pot. Cook the dal for another 2 whistles. 
  • Wait for the pressure to dissipate completely. 
  • Then heat the ghee in a tadka pan. Now add the jeera seeds, finely chopped onion, and garlic. Cook until the garlic has turned a dark brown color. If you don’t do this, the garlic will taste uncooked. 
  • Add the red chili powder and pour the tadka over the cooked dal. 
  • Serve with finely diced coriander as a garnish. Your peeli dal is now ready to eat.
  1. Matar paneer bhurji
  • Set aside the paneer, which you already mashed or grated. 
  • Ghee or oil should be added to a frying pan or a karahi. Then add the jeera and wait for it to splutter. 
  • After that, add the chopped onions and sauté until they are golden and transparent. Then toss in the diced green chilies and grated ginger. 
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and mash them with a spatula. 
  • Then add all of the spices and cook it thoroughly. Using a small amount of water, make sure the spices don’t burn. 
  • Now you will add peas and continue to cook. Cook till the matar is ready. 
  • After that, add the paneer and stir well for 2-3 minutes. 
  • Add the chopped coriander leaves over it for garnishing. 
  • Mix everything up well and fry for a minute.

    5. Aloo pyaz ki sabzi

  • Potatoes should be peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes. Please place them in a bowl of warm water until they’re ready to use. The potatoes will not become black as a result of this. 
  • After that, finely cut the onions. 
  • Warm the oil or ghee in a kadhai or pan and add the jeera seeds. When they start to crackle, add the Haldi (turmeric) powder and the chopped onions right away.
  • Fry the onions in ghee or oil for about a minute, or until bright pink, glossy, and transparent.
  • After that, add the potatoes and salt and mix them well.
  • Mix in the potatoes and salt until everything is thoroughly combined.
  • Continue to cook until the potatoes are fully cooked and covered. However, if you don’t stir and turn the potatoes now and then, they’ll adhere to the bottom.
  • If the potatoes are still undercooked and sticking to the bottom of the pan, add a little water and continue to cook.
  • Once everything is done, add the red chili powder, garam masala, and coriander powder. Mix thoroughly. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about a minute.
  • Then stir in the green coriander, which has been finely chopped.
