Hello, everyone! I’m Chris from selfmenubi.com, and welcome to this review of a flip book. On the sales page for flipbooks, it says, “Get instant access to the world’s number one 3D animated flipbook and article creator, cloud-based platform, along with millions of inbuilt ebook articles with PLR license.” So today, we’re going to dig into this topic. So before we do anything else, like hit “subscribe” and “ring the bell,” go to the description. So, what are flipbooks really?
Well, it will basically help you make books from PDFs, so let’s get right into what that looks like. It’s an online cloud platform, so you can log in from anywhere. When you do, you’ll see your dashboard with all of your statistics, like how many people visit your flip books or write articles. On the side, you’ll see create, which lets you make flip books out of your images. You’d put a bunch of images together, and that would make an iBook that looks like an epub.
You can also do it with a pdf file. It will turn a pdf file into an e-book with the same style, so all you have to do is name your book. You would upload the PDF, click “Submit,” and then you would get a book. That kind of looks like this, so you can see it, turn the pages, and it kind of makes your pdf look better. You can also do the same thing with images and other things when you set everything up. It looks pretty much the same, so you can set up your books with images or PDFs. You can also use text, so if you want to write an article and turn it into a book, you’d go through.

This is where you would put your text. You’d send it in, and your article would become a book. Okay, so you can do pretty much everything on Amazon KDP, but on this flipbook platform. Now, it also has articles and ebooks that have already been written. This means that these are books that were written by someone else. So I’m going to assume they aren’t stolen, but I’m not sure about that.
I don’t know for sure, but I think they are PLR books that are in the public domain. So I guess you could use them as bonuses, or I don’t know, maybe you could try to sell PDFs that someone else has already written. I wouldn’t try to do that, but you could, in theory, tie everything together.
Your books can also have covers made. So, in the end, it’s kind of like Amazon KDP. My first thought is, “Why wouldn’t I just sign up for Amazon KDP and make the book there?” Then it would be on Amazon, where I could try to sell it and send traffic. That makes a lot more sense to me, but let’s find out how they’re actually, um, making money or telling people how to make money. So, going back to the sales page, selling articles on Amazon KDP Shopify, where you can use the KDP bookmaker, makes things easier.
So you don’t need this to do that, and I’m sure there are free PDF to ePub converters out there.
If you google that, as well as “built-in content” and “article generator” (I don’t know about generators), you’ll see that most things called “generators” are either spinning text, which makes text sound really bad, or just copying text, which means you’re trying to sell unique content, which probably won’t sell.
So, let’s take a look at the three steps they have. Sign in and choose what you want to convert. I guess you could add your own content or use the content builder, then download and create ebooks or articles with just one click and keep the money.
So I’m not saying that you’re making money here, because it’s just like creating a book on Amazon KDP. So I’m not sure why. So that you can make money, they’ve chosen this angle. If someone just said that, you know they wrote a book. That’s fine; it does that, but it’s not true that you’ll make money.
I don’t really know her. I do know why they’re doing it that way. They’re trying to reach a certain group of people, which I’ll talk about in a minute, but yeah. We didn’t see anything on the platform that had anything to do with how you made money. Now, I don’t understand these testimonials. They’re from these people, and whether they’re real or not, they’re talking about a product called Vidmoto. So I don’t see what these testimonials have to do with anything.
We have a bunch of money here. Now, these earnings were just made with an image maker, and there is no way to check them. Okay, as you can see on your screen, making up numbers is very easy. You just right-click, click “Inspect,” change the number, take a screenshot, and you have money. So these aren’t real, and they don’t come from any dashboard.

These are the only This is just a place where pictures have been made. They say you know how to use Fiverr to sell books. It looks like it, but if you look at the vendors, you can really tell: does this person get 14? Most people here don’t make any sales; the most is about 87 cells.
From this guy, I can tell that there isn’t even a big enough market for you to make a lot of money. This also tells me that a lot of people are still doing it, so not only do you have to beat the people on Fiverr, but also everyone else who might buy flipbooks, which they will. You know another group of people, maybe a few hundred. So, what I can see is that we have a book creator, but marketing tells you that you can make money, which is not true. It’s kind of deceptive, but if you didn’t want to listen to me and you did want to buy this because you thought it was valuable, you’d click “buy” and go into a hidden funnel.
So the funnel looks like this, and you could get flipbooks for 17 Then you’d be hit with another sales page reseller, two, three, four, five, six, or seven more sales pages trying to upsell you. When I see funnels like this, I think it’s the last nail in the coffin. This is a warning sign. I think that this product is called a shiny object. Well, that fits the bill, and funnels like this are a sign of a “shiny object” because they are easy for newcomers to fall for. Once they’ve made that first purchase, their commitment, consistency bias, and confirmation bias take over, and they keep spending more and more money. Eventually, they get scammed out of a few hundred dollars for a piece of software that promised to make money.

But actually, it doesn’t. It’s just a copy of Amazon KDP, which is a free product that you can use without paying any money. So, guys, I think you should stay away from this. I don’t see any point to it at all. I especially don’t like this big, shady funnel, so yeah. I don’t see how you can make money with this right now, but I do have a link for those of you who don’t have shiny object syndrome and are just looking for the right way to take that first step.
