With a completed Masters in Computer Science from Cornell University, Sandeep Shekhawat has been working with reputable and high-value companies such as Apple, WhatsApp and other tech chains to develop substantial advancements in their technology. 
With a wide array of substantial expertise in areas of the enterprise Internet of Things, which is the interconnection via the internet of computing devices embedded in everyday objects, enabling them to send and receive data, he also maintains a deep well of knowledge in the area of Smart Retail.
While working for Apple, he applied one of the biggest applications of IoT, giving him a lead when it comes to structured tech applications. He was able to build and scale IoT applications for millions of devices for Apple Retail Stores world wide.
“At Apple, I deployed a solution where devices in stores and small businesses around the world would be able to fetch critical pricing data,” Sandeep explains. This development worked wonders and helped save Apple millions of dollars, while improving store productivity, especially during holiday time when there is significant increase in foot traffic.
Most recently, Sandeep Shekhawat has been furthering the IoT solutions and their applications at Walmart stores to help enable efficient store operations. This process works by collecting data from devices and machinery within the stores, and utilizing this information to create a more streamline operations process.
His work, across multiple industries and platforms has been integral to the companies that he works within. Maintaining a foothold in the tech industry, Sandeep has been noted as a reputable expert in all things IoT, and Smart Retail. Through his extensive work, one of the biggest chat application companies, WhatsApp, he was able to roll out a P2M solution for emerging markets like India and Brazil through a deep collaboration with FinTech partners in local regions.
Sandeep Shekhawat has also been a regular speaker at international conferences, IEEE conferences and also presented his past work in local IoT chapters, furthering an audience of like-minded tech experts to show off his skills and know-how.
