Gmail and Yahoo Mail may both be integrated into Outlook 2010 via Microsoft Office Outlook 2010. The folders in Outlook 2010 can be moved or copied to any of your accounts because it is a flexible tool. The messages you save in your Outlook folders can export emails from outlook to gmail  account, where they can be accessed from any computer with Internet access.

  • Outlook 2010 can be started. Open the Add New Account window by clicking “File” and then the “Add Account” button in the menu.
  • In the “Your Name” field, enter your name. In the “E-mail Address” field, enter your Gmail address. In the “Password” and “Retype Password” boxes, type in your password.
  • To link your Gmail account with Outlook, click “Next.” Outlook sets up the account settings for you.
  • Enter “Finish” to exit the wizard. In the left pane, all of your Gmail folders are shown.
  • The folder from which you’d like your emails to be exported must be selected. To see all of your email in one place, go to the “Inbox” folder and click “All Email.”
  • Make a list of the emails you wish to export and click Export. In order to select several messages, press Ctrl and click on them, or press Ctrl-A to select all messages to import outlook to gmail.
  • Select “Move” from the shortcut menu, then “Copy to Folder” from the “Copy to Folder” option.
  • Using Outlook, select a Gmail folder, such as “Inbox,” and then click “OK” to export emails from Outlook.
