As you look at the building property or properties you own and run, here are some areas to focus in on:

You also want to be sure you have ample lighting inside and out. If there is a parking area, be sure it is well-lit at night. You also want it easy to maneuver around. This goes about lessening the chances for accidents, crimes and more.
