According to a press statement from Setapp, more than 30 partners are ready to offer their products in the new standalone app store, including Ulysses, Taskheat, NotePlan, PDFSearch, and Soulver. Additionally, it encourages additional developers to submit their own.

With higher revenue splits than Apple offers, the business hopes to attract developers. Developers can earn up to 90% of Setapp’s user fees each month because the company offers a 70/30 split when users use their app during the month and 20% for developers who bring in new users.

Oleksandr Kosovan, founder, and CEO of Setapp, said: “With 60% of developers interested in publishing their iOS apps through third-party app stores, we are happy to extend our support to iOS-only developers and provide them with a platform to grow users and add revenue sources. Customers can join the company’s waitlist to be informed when the new store opens.
