For generations, business programs across the United States have, by and large, focused on two components: how to lead employees and how to run a company in any economic market. So long as the courses touched on those fundamentals, seats were filled.
Now, however, as entrepreneurs continue to struggle to launch their products, a new type of education is gaining in popularity, and its teacher may not be who you would expect: psychic Sitara Fe, the founder of Monad.
We reached out to Sitara to learn more about Rise, her year-long program in psychic reading and business development. She gave us her thoughts on what it is like to pioneer coursework that may be raising a few eyebrows but is resonating with individuals of all ages around the country.
“I am having an incredible time with my Rise students,” says Sitara. “I have been working very hard for several years to create the framework for the program and to develop its materials. To have successfully launched it and be helping entrepreneurs further their own ambitions is a dream come true for me.”
Rise, she explains, guides attendees to overcome their personal insecurities and trains them in skills that can strengthen their companies. Its coursework is based on her own success as a business development coach and on her psychic abilities, which have made her one of the Top 5 Female Psychics and Mediums in the U.S., as awarded by the American Federation of Psychics and Mediums.
“I created Rise because I believed that too many entrepreneurs were stagnating because their past trauma, heartache, and doubts were preventing them from having incredible careers,” she says. “I knew that by teaching them how to turn on their own psychic abilities, they could heal themselves of that pain, and that would free them to become successful entrepreneurs.”
As Rise’s instructor, Sitara leads three-hour-long courses each week. She loves this part of Monad because she gets to help students learn more about being a medium and to guide them to be more confident business leaders.
“Attendees come from all parts of society,” she reveals. “Some are mid-career professionals who are interested in a new adventure. Others are just starting out and want to empower themselves now instead of waiting to first climb the corporate ladder. And, yes, some are hesitant about psychic abilities and a little confused about what to expect.”
Sitara is very focused on this issue and works hard to be sure that everyone feels comfortable. The classroom atmosphere is open and friendly, and she patiently answers all questions, knowing how important it is that attendees feel confident about the material.
“A lot of people have some misinformation about psychics and mediums, so I try to be their go-to person when they have questions,” she says. “I let them know exactly what to expect and avoid letting anyone feel like they’ve been shot out of a cannon. At Monad and Rise, we are all about support. For many students, this is their first experience with their psychic abilities, so there is an adjustment period as they get used to the idea itself. Once they do, it is just amazing to see the beautiful transformation that they undergo as they feel empowered by what they can do and experience.”
Sitara knows that American society is just getting started with its acceptance of psychics and mediums. “Even so, it only makes sense that entrepreneurs can achieve more of their goals if they heal from their insecurities first,” she says. “Starting a business originates from your heart, and if that is hurting, then you are already holding yourself back. The journey to releasing your natural psychic abilities can lead you to the beautiful moment when you become free to truly be yourself and discover what you can really do.”
