The Public Hymn Mandate (NAO) has been distributed in the Newspaper and happen today (June 12).
The Standing Board of trustees of the Public Nation’s Congress added the Law of Individuals’ Republic of China on Public Song of praise (Public Hymn Regulation) to Add-on III to the Fundamental Regulation on November 4, 2017. The Hong Kong Unique Authoritative District (HKSAR) Government has satisfied its sacred obligation to carry out the Public Song of praise Regulation locally as per Article 18 of the Fundamental Regulation.
