Oppo’s much-awaited Reno 11 series is now getting ready for a worldwide release. Malaysia will be the first place on January 11th to start this launch event. On the same day, India is expected to copy China. But there’s talk and worry because of a possible reduction in how good it will be compared with the Chinese models.

In China, the Reno 11 series has a big LCD screen that is 6.78 inches wide with an amazing resolution of 2704×3584 pixels and a very smooth refresh rate at a fast speed, equal to about five frames per second (Hz means Frequency/Second). Both models work with the newest ColorOS 14 based on Android 14. The Pro version shows off a flexible triple camera system on the back. The primary camera, a 50-megapixel Sony device with f/1.8 setting and shake reduction, is joined by an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens and a 32-megapixel long-distance lens.
For people who love taking selfies, both options have a camera at the front with 32-megapixel quality. People in India are rightly concerned that the top features of Chinese phones might not be present in versions sold worldwide. The chance of not-so-good chipset and design changes makes people wonder if the global Reno 11 will be as good as its Chinese version.
