Jonathan VanAntwerpen’s role as advisor:
The Luce Foundation has been a major partner in the work of scholars in the area of religion. Formerly the director of the Social Science Research Council, Jonathan served in various capacities, including acting director of communications and initiating a new initiative on knowledge and culture in the digital age. Jonathan has also co-authored or edited a number of publications and organized numerous academic and public events. He has been a member of the Council’s Board of Advisors since 2014.
