An experiment gone wrong
The iconic wheel that spins its way into the heart of every game of Roulette, was invented from blueprints of an experiment gone wrong.
In 1655, mathematician, inventor and physicist Blaise Pascal – the same man who invented the calculator – tried to create a perpetual motion machine, but failed to achieve the impossible. However, all wasn’t lost with this attempt, as it inspired the blueprints for what would one day become the renowned Roulette wheel.
