As Ekata has worked on multiple CPQ tools in her career, we asked her input on these CPQs, “It really depends on the industry and the complexity of the products and services. Every industry is unique in terms of its offering and selling process. Also, it varies based on how open Sales teams are to adopt a new tool. I have seen both extremes, wherein the Sales was absolutely annoyed with the existing applications and was desperately looking for something that could alleviate their pain, whereas there were times when the sales team treated their homegrown applications as babies and were not open to rehashing their existing processes at all”

While working to resolve problems that may arise through her company and with projects that she handles, Ekata also brings a new perspective on client/company relationships. Her management skills and coordination make her an integral part of the business process.
