Aayushman Dalmia, a 29-years old Indian-origin, Dubai-based entrepreneur, is setting the flames in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry with unique software, which is AI-driven, for businesses to pick the right software solutions and simplify their digital transformation journeys.

Aayush launched Zotfware at the beginning of the year and currently caters to businesses in the Middle East and Northern parts of the African region (MENA). Aayush also has his eyes set on launching his service-based product in India soon, as India is a huge market for SaaS providers and consumers. 

Aayush Dalmia says vibrantly about Zoftware, and that it offers “Software Democratisation as a Service or SDaaS, where software products of companies are recommended by our team for the B2B clients, for any problems they face in their businesses”.

After its incubation, Zoftware is already witnessing huge success. It is a hit among companies and has arrangements with a growing list of 6000-plus companies that offer software products, including Microsoft and Zoho suites, Google, Adobe, and others.

“You can find a packed suite of software just with a generic search, but do you require everything in that, or can you customize it? Maybe not. Zoftware is free for the customers while we work with them to understand their needs and even do the work for them in customizing solutions from the software companies. Consider us as the Zomato or Tripadvisor for the software industry,” said Aayush Dalmia.

“Avoiding wastage of resources by reducing the gap between the capability knowledge of any software’s offerings and solving the problems of the end users is core to Zoftware’s mission,” further added Dalmia, who researched and found this idea to create a revolutionary platform for businesses. 

“Zoftware is about marrying software with the best customer experience. We make it easy for customers to navigate the ocean of software to find the right tools for their business and purpose. We offer deep insights on software and match organizations to the right product, be it for accounting, customer relationship management (CRM), project management, IT, payroll, and many more,” said Aayush on Zoftware.

How is Zoftware unique? 

Aayush has made Zoftware keeping in mind the problems people face in the industry. Zoftware stands unique as it offers various choices of business tools in the unique platform with a personalized touch. It also uses Open AI’s ChatGPT for SME owners and companies. 

“Our technical analysts have been nimble to stay ahead on the transformation curve. We are in the process of setting up an AI Bot with which people can converse. We understand what the customers want from the platform and give them the relevant output data while connecting with the vendors,” said the 29-years old Zoftware owner.

“If they want, we can also onboard it for them. With ChatGPT, it can give you the names, but it cannot do comparisons and the prices that are out there. It cannot help you come to a decision, while we can help find the best value for the clients,” he further added to his statement.

Dalmia said that Zoftware was built with a purpose, and the purpose of this unique platform is to reduce the number of businesses that fail in their software implementation to zero. He further says that the process for the implementation is a waste of money and resources, and it is something not many SME section businesses can afford. 

Dalmia also shares insight about the funding and states that they raised $500,000 as a convertible note and plan to raise another $1.5 million in the next round.
