When and how did you start?

It all started in 1994; in 1994 my father (Monarch Jaiswal Father) was abducted, leaving behind his pregnant wife and three daughters, with a fourth sister on the way. The burden of the family fell on my resilient mother, who had no knowledge of the family’s assets but was determined to raise her daughters and provide them with the best education possible.

Through sheer determination, the mother took up teaching at a nearby school and started providing tuition to students to make ends meet. With the meager income, she ensured her daughters received an education from a prestigious convent school. She instilled in them the belief that education could be their path to success, a means to reclaim what they had lost.

In 2007 I (Monarch Jaiswal) ventured to Delhi to support my family and improve my life. I joined various companies, gaining experience and expertise in digital media, website design, development, and marketing. My journey led me to take online courses and further enhance my skills.

In 2012, I embraced freelancing and quickly garnered a reputation for delivering exceptional results to international clients. My dedication allowed me to employ a few individuals to help handle the increasing workload, paving the way for establishing my own company in 2017, Monarch Web World.

How did you come up with the idea? Your inspirational moment?

The idea of establishing my marketing agency was born during my tenure at HCL. Working in the chat process, I had the opportunity to interact with 20 to 30 international clients daily. It became evident that many were keen on developing their websites and taking their businesses online, seeking answers to numerous questions.

Seeing this demand and driven by my passion, I took a bold step. I mustered the courage to invest whatever I had earned from my job into my venture, thus laying the foundation for my marketing agency.

This collaboration united a group of four to five individuals, uniting to establish the organization.

However, I could not overlook the significance of my mother in my life. She was my inspiration and was crucial in forming Monarch Web World. My mother is the guiding force, and I became the strategic mind.

About funding, plans for growth

We have multiple funding opportunities, but we’ve decided to remain non-funded for now, as our business is thriving, and I want to retain full ownership. Our growth plan for 2024 aims to triple our customer base, which currently stands at over 150 monthly clients.

We’re in the process of setting up and renovating a new office to support this expansion.

Additionally, we have collaboration plans in various segments while staying industry-specific. Our strategy includes participation in multiple niche events across different countries. Moreover, we plan to educate the business industry about transparency and essential factors in marketing goal setting and achievement.

Challenges and Opportunities/ Marketing Strategies

Running a company comes with its fair share of challenges, much like life. However, these challenges can be overcome with a strategic plan, mindset, and a strong work ethic.
