Hopebridge Autism Therapy Center recently headed to Nashville, Tennessee, for two days of workshops and a celebration of diversity and equality as several of the Indiana-headquartered provider’s team members attended the Women in Behavior Analysis 2023 Conference. Operating a booth at the event, the pioneering organization used the occasion to introduce its BCBA Career Pathway.
Conference organizer Women in Behavior Analysis – known as WIBA – aims to celebrate, empower, and mentor women behavior analysts while simultaneously highlighting their many widespread contributions to the field. The initiative’s annual conference seeks to build upon this, addressing the importance of gender equality and diversity within behavior analysis.
The conference allows all genders to engage in meaningful discussions surrounding equality. Its goal is to promote the behavior analysis field and ensure its growth for future generations of female professionals. The 2023 Women in Behavior Analysis Conference occurred at the popular Renaissance Nashville Hotel in Tennessee’s famous Music City.

Hopebridge BCBA Career Pathway
Women in Behavior Analysis 2023 Conference attendees received the chance to learn more about the trailblazing Indiana-based autism therapy organization’s BCBA Career Pathway. Introduced in May 2023, the center’s Board Certified Behavior Analyst Career Pathway program promotes ongoing skills acquisition and leadership opportunities.
Behavior analysts can expand upon their existing clinical competencies to ensure ongoing career growth via the program. This year’s WIBA Conference marked the perfect opportunity for the center and its team to invite interested parties to chat about the program.
New opportunities offered through the pathway aim to promote career growth and advance the development of talented professionals at Hopebridge. That’s while enhancing the quality of services provided to the centers’ young patients and their families. Prospective BCBA career path roles include lead BCBA, senior BCBA, and senior clinical director, among other positions.
Program participants are offered a bridge from one position to the next with clear guidelines and the necessary resources to get there. Hopebridge ensures experience and expertise are rewarded by closely charting each clinician’s career path to success.
