Throughout our lives, we all pick up many limiting beliefs from various sources such as family, school, society, mass media, and friends. These beliefs shape our reality, regardless of our IQ, and can determine our destiny, diverting us from our soul’s intended path when we came into this world for embodiment.

Our goal in life is to know ourselves. As the ancient masters said, ‘Know thyself!’ This means understanding who we are, the major life lessons we are here to learn and experience, and the limiting beliefs that drive us through life, which we may have ignored until now.

It is the feeling of separation from Creation that fuels limiting beliefs. These beliefs can cause fear of the future, belief in scarcity, low self-esteem, regrets for the past, belief in separation, and fear of calamities, which attract life scenarios that reinforce those beliefs.

Ways to release limiting beliefs

Meditation is a wonderful tool for practicing self-awareness, relaxation, and finding inner peace. What matters most is putting our practice into action in the world around us. It allows us to connect with our hearts and increase our awareness. However, it’s important to remember that as souls, we are sent to Earth to experience life and learn, not to meditate all day long.

The best way to raise both soul and body vibes is tackling limiting beliefs directly. Meditation, mantras, and chanting are less effective as they are indirect methods.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with many students and have noticed that they often have limiting beliefs that hold them back. These beliefs can be complex and interconnected, but it’s helpful to think of them like a stack. A good way to approach this is by starting with the easier items at the top of the stack and gradually working your way down to the more challenging ones at the bottom.

It is difficult to tackle the fear of spiders from the start, while the fear of death doesn’t have a beginning and cannot be tackled from the start.

Releasing limiting beliefs involves addressing personal beliefs that may not be shared by others. It’s important to remember that this is a personalized approach rather than a ‘one size fits all’ solution, as other factors are also involved.

How I guide individuals to release their limiting beliefs

My extensive practical experience has provided me with the necessary tools to facilitate the release of limiting beliefs to those I guide on this subject. I have developed a spiritual service called Limiting beliefs releasing, which consists of three steps:

  • Step1: Identifying limiting beliefs
  • Step 2: Releasing limiting beliefs
  • Step 3: Follow up the progress of releasing the beliefs

Let me describe this step below

 STEP 1: IDENTIFY LIMITING BELIEFS

You can release limiting beliefs in steps.

First, I assess the client’s soul vibration (awareness level) and his body vibration, using a recent photo they sent me by e-mail. In this way, he will be able to see his progress in creating soul and body awareness (e.g., a soul vibration of 3.8, and a body vibration of 3.7, based on the chakra scale). Humanity averages 3.6 for soul vibration and 3.5 for body vibration.

I will then look into his soul and body energies and identify what limiting beliefs he holds, like low self-esteem, judging other people, fear of the future, fear of change, jealousy, having no control over my life, feeling like a victim, being afraid of losing my love, being rejected, not being optimistic, being powerless, and being addicted to some attachments. There are hundreds of them. These issues are the limiting beliefs that block one’s progress in life. Some of these beliefs are related to the person’s life lessons in this life, lessons that his soul has as a main mission in this life to experiment and work them out.

At the end, I will share a report listing each belief found in his mind and its progress (e.g., low confidence 12%, fear of change 8%). On average, most people have limiting beliefs ranging from 1-5%. Exceptional individuals who reached enlightenment had beliefs at 70% progress or higher.

Further, I will check these beliefs with the person’s soul and spiritual guides. Then I’ll send the list of limiting beliefs for the person to review.

As a result of all of these, I recommend he work on the main beliefs that cause him the most suffering in his life now and that are quick wins, meaning they will give him the quickest results for the effort and time he put into releasing them.

STEP 2: RELEASE LIMITING BELIEFS

In Step 2 of the process for releasing limiting beliefs, we’ll have a live online one-to-one session to explore and prioritize the major limiting beliefs that are blocking your path in life. We’ll use the list of limiting beliefs resulting from Step 1 to guide this session.

Releasing these major beliefs will lead to the most progress in the shortest amount of time in your life.

I’ll teach you a specific procedure for releasing limiting beliefs and show you how to practice it efficiently after our session.

BELIEFS FOLLOW-UP

Step 3 is a personalized offline service that helps individuals regularly evaluate their progress in releasing limiting beliefs. To get started, simply send us a recent photo via email and we’ll provide you with an evaluation of your progress in percentage based on the beliefs you are working on.

If you regularly work on your beliefs and ask for follow-up, such as monthly or every 2-3 months, you can release limiting beliefs, including the most difficult ones like fear of death.

This process requires time and effort. People who have reached enlightenment have done this by releasing their limiting beliefs and becoming free from mental and emotional limitations of this world. It’s interesting to note that they didn’t practice meditation or other techniques solely for relaxation or inner peace. Rather, their ultimate goal was to liberate themselves from the limitations of the mind.
