The Global City (formerly known as Him Lam City or Saigon Binh An urban area) is one of the large urban areas built with a scale of up to 117ha, revived and rebuilt by Masterise investor. After more than 20 years of implementation, until March 18, 2021, the contractor An Phong Construction started construction of the Saigon Binh An project with many internal infrastructures built.
However, by August 2021, the project was rumored to have been acquired by Masterise investor when SDI transferred the personnel holding the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and changed the business registration. Up to now, the total mobilized value through bonds related to the project has been planned and prepared for implementation in the period of 2021 and by the beginning of 2022 with a figure of up to 22,075 billion VND (nearly 1 billion USD). ).
