As soon as that picture was released on the net, anger was created among the locals. Faced with intense pressure, the administration ordered the couple to leave the country. Not only that, they will be banned in Indonesia for six months.

The Russian woman named Alina Fazliva has thousands of Instagram followers. She went for a walk in the sand with her husband Andrew. He stood naked under a 600-year-old bot tree. And her husband took that picture. The locals consider the tree ‘sacred’. Not only that, this tree is deeply involved in the culture of some of the sand communities.
Allegedly, the couple insulted the culture by posing naked under this ‘sacred’ tree. The administration is active as there is a lot of noise about the issue. The couple was then ordered to leave the country.
Bali Governor Van Coster said such acts would not be tolerated where religious sentiment and culture were involved. Alina also regrets the matter. He also apologized for his actions on Instagram.
