What is Rise Vision?
Rise Vision is a digital signage software that helps organizations communicate with their audience. It’s a web-based platform that allows you to create and manage digital signage content from any device with an internet connection. You can create content using templates, or create your own designs from scratch. Rise Vision provides a library of stock images and videos to choose from. You can also schedule content to be automatically published at specific times. They also offer a free trial so you can try it before you buy it.
Create a free trial account and pick a template to customize.
To get started, create a free trial Rise Vision account. With a free trial account, you can create and manage digital signage content, and test out the features of Rise Vision.
When you create a Rise Vision account, you’ll need to provide some information about your organization. This information will help Rise Vision tailor your experience to suit your organization’s needs. Once you have created your free trial account, you can start creating content for your digital signage network.
Now that you have created your Rise Vision account, you can pick a template and customize it. The templates are grouped into categories, such as business, education, and non-profit. You can also search for a specific template.
To select a template, click on the template thumbnail or the title of the template. The template will open in the content editor and you can begin customizing it. There are numerous customization options to choose from, including colors, slides, fonts, layouts, images, video, audio, and more.
Connect your display and media player to see your signage preview.
Once you have your signage template customized, you can connect your display and media player. To add a new display, connect your new display to your media player. Then click on the “Displays” tab in the top navigation bar and click on the “Add New Display” button in the top right corner of the window.
Next, you’ll need to enter the display name, location, width, height, dots per inch (DPI), and the orientation information into the form that appears. Now your display is connected and ready to show the preview of your template. From here, you can make any necessary adjustments to your signage so it displays as you intended.
Add schedules and share your content.
After connecting your display and making adjustments to your Rise Vision signage preview, you can add templates to your schedule and share them. Schedules control how presentations are shown on your displays. Each display can follow 1 schedule at a time.
To add a schedule, go to the “Schedules” tab and click “Add Schedule”. You’ll then be able to give your schedule a name and add a description. Next, you’ll need to add a presentation to your schedule. To do this, go to the “Presentations” tab and click “Add Presentation”. You’ll then be able to select the presentation you want to add to your schedule. Once you’ve finished adding your schedule, click “Save”. Your schedule will then be added to the “Schedules” tab.
Once you’ve finished adding content to your schedule, you can share it to your displays, web browser, social media, and more. To do this, click on the ‘Share’ button in the template editor. This will open the share dialog where you can choose the destination for your template. You can also export your templates to JSON, XML, or HTML. To export a template, click on the ‘Export’ button in the template editor. This will open the export dialog where you can choose the format for your template.
