How can I find deleted emails within Gmail
Follow this step-by step guide for retrieving deleted emails of your Gmail Account on your computer. The entire process should take less than 30 minutes.
Step 1: Gmail’s trash/bin folder
Log into Your Gmail mailbox.
On the left side of the screen, you will see an array of folders (Inbox and Starred, Spam, etc). The emails you delete will be stored in an area called “Trash”, or “Bin” (these are the same folders, but designated differently based on the language preferences of the user).
If you are unable to locate the folders “Trash” or “Bin” Click “More” at the bottom of the list. This will reveal all your Gmail folders. Clicking “More” you will find the correct folder.
Notice: Many of your other folders will display an id just to the right of them. This is the amount of unread emails within this folder. But, the Trash/Bin directory does not show any numbers in spite of it having unread emails.

Once you’ve located the folder with the emails you deleted You can begin recovering the emails. Check the folder for the email you want to retrieve and then click the box on the left of the row of emails to choose the email.
Once you’ve identified and chosen the appropriate emails After you’ve found the right emails, select “Move to” in the row of buttons that is above your list of email addresses. In the drop-down menu that is now displayed, you can select the location to store the email that was deleted.Transferring it to any folder other than those in the “Trash” or “Bin” folder will help recover the email from being deleted. If you do not want to manage the email, just select on the “Inbox” option, and the deleted email will be placed back into your inbox.

The procedure for retrieving deleted messages from Gmail is basically identical for mobile devices, just like on desktop computers.
First, look for the email that was deleted within the folder called “Trash” or “Bin”.
