Sarvangasana or shoulder stand:

How to do it?

On the ground, lie on your back, with your legs stretched out and arms on the side of your body with palms facing up. Now keep your legs at an angle of  90-degrees. Using the palms hold your core and raise your legs to form a 90-degree angle to the floor.

Hold on to this position for about one and a half minutes. Slowly lower your legs and then back and place your hands on the ground while your entire body remains parallel to the floor.

This pose, when practiced after intercourse, helps increase the likelihood of conception. This asana will assist in keeping the sperm inside your body very close to the uterus, opening and thus enhancing the chance of reaching the egg for fertilization.

How to do it?

Lie down on your back close to the wall, and then raise your legs to keep them straight against the wall. Remain in this position for about 15 – 20 minutes.
