Stay in this position for about 10 minutes and continue inhalation and exhalation. Press your thighs through your hands. Turn to one side and slowly rise from this position.

Sarvangasana or shoulder stand:

It is an asana that assists in stimulating your thyroid gland, whose dysfunction mainly results in infertility. It also helps in calming down your mind and relieving stress.

How to do it?

On the ground, lie on your back, with your legs stretched out and arms on the side of your body with palms facing up. Now keep your legs at an angle of  90-degrees. Press your palms to the floor and lift your waist while bringing your legs in to forward direction and placing them vertically to the ground. Using the palms hold your core and raise your legs to form a 90-degree angle to the floor.

Hold on to this position for about one and a half minutes. Slowly lower your legs and then back and place your hands on the ground while your entire body remains parallel to the floor.

Legs up the wall or viparita Karani:

This pose, when practiced after intercourse, helps increase the likelihood of conception. This asana will assist in keeping the sperm inside your body very close to the uterus, opening and thus enhancing the chance of reaching the egg for fertilization.

How to do it?

Lie down on your back close to the wall, and then raise your legs to keep them straight against the wall. Remain in this position for about 15 – 20 minutes.
